BUS SHUTTLES & SCHEDULE
We’ve organized shuttle transfers throughout the weekend to make getting around as easy as possible. Please check the times and meeting points below and make sure you’re ready to depart on time.
After collecting your luggage, please check in with our event crew at the Meeting Point near Exit C—regardless of how you continue to the hotel.
- Arrivals before 9:00 am: Please take a taxi or Uber. The costs can be submitted through the usual expense process.
- Arrivals from 9:00 am onwards: Organized bus shuttles will take you to the hotel.
The shuttle departs from the hotel entrance at 9:00 am.
Everyone who signed up for the catamaran tour, please meet on time at the hotel entrance . And if you haven’t signed up yet but would like to join spontaneously, you’re still welcome to come along!
The shuttle to the dinner location departs from the hotel at 6:30 pm.
Return shuttles are available at 11:00 pm, 12:30 am and 2:00 am. You are free to choose any of these return times, regardless of your selection in the pre-event questionnaire.
The DJ will announce each departure, and our event coordinators will guide you to the shuttle.

For your return journey, we have organized an airport shuttle service. The departure times listed below are our recommendations to help ensure a smooth and stress-free trip to the airport.
Organized airport shuttles will operate between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If your flight departs before or after this time window, please arrange a taxi or Uber and submit the costs through the usual expense reimbursement process.
Of course, you are also free to choose a different shuttle departure time. Please note that any deviation from the recommended schedule is at your own responsibility.
