Rooms are expected to be available from around 4:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at reception and use the time to connect with colleagues – perhaps over a coffee, by the pool or while exploring the hotel facilities together.

Use the hotel map to find all important event locations at a glance, including the meeting point, restaurants, prayer room and leisure facilities.

Some of the best conversations happen away from the agenda. Meet up with colleagues for a swim, a round of golf or padel, a workout or some time at the spa. More information is available under Activities.

A private prayer room has been reserved exclusively for our group. The room is called Ses Porqueras  and will be clearly marked with the BaseBeyond logo.

Breakfast is available at the main restaurant from 7:00 am until 11:00 am.

The daytime menu is available whenever no official program is taking place, as well as for everyone spending an independent day on Saturday.

Friday: 12:00–7:00 pm
Saturday: 12:00–5:00 pm
Sunday: 12:00–2:00 pm

You are welcome to order anything beyond the included selection at your own expense.

Please present your BaseBeyond event badge, provided upon arrival, when ordering included food and drinks. The minibar is not included and must be paid individually.

Please wear your BaseBeyond event badge throughout the event. It helps identify our group and includes your event card.

There’s no need to bring towels. They are provided by the hotel.

Pool towels are available at the pool (near the lifeguard), while beach towels for the catamaran tour are handed out directly at the hotel entrance just before departure.

Please check out of your room by 12:00 pm on Sunday. Showers and changing rooms in the spa and gym remain available after check-out.
