After travelling from all across Europe, we’re finally together. Here’s everything you need for our first evening.
What’s happening today?
After collecting your luggage, please head to the airport exit.
One of our event coordinators will be there to welcome you. They’ll be wearing a BaseBeyond T-shirt and holding a BaseBeyond sign.
Please check in with them to receive all the information you need for your shuttle transfer to the hotel.
During all three event days, a selection of food and drinks is available whenever no official programme is taking place. This also applies if you decide to spend the day independently instead of joining the organised activity.
Please present your BaseBeyond event card (provided upon arrival) when ordering.
Join us for our first evening together with dinner, drinks and music.
The official programme ends at midnight.
Feel free to continue the evening at one of the hotel’s bars. Please note that any drinks ordered after midnight are not included and must be paid for individually.
